Rate and Information Page
- All rates are subject to 8% NH Room Tax
- Rates are based on single and double occupancy
- First 2 children under 12 are free
- Extra person fee is $10
- 2 or 3 night minimum in effect some weekends,
school vacations and event times.
- We accept MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, Travel Checks and Cash.
- Reservations can be held with credit card for Motel
room. Deposit required for Cottage reservations.
- 7 day cancellation policy. 10 day cancellation on cottages.
- Sorry NO PETS are allowed on the property
- All our rooms are non-smoking.
- There is a $200 cleaning fee for smoking in a non-smoking room.
- Check-In Time is 2pm. Please give us a call to make
arrangements if you are going to be later than 10pm.
- Check-out time is 10am.

and SANTA'S VILLAGE STAY AND PLAY PACKAGES.
Our Motel Units and Cottage are perfectly suited for families staying a week as well as the one day traveler. Each unit features an air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, color TV, hair dryer,
full bath and phone (free local calls). All our rooms are non-smoking. We have rooms with 1 Queen, 2 Doubles or 2 Queen beds. Our Non-Smoking Cottages come with fully equipped kitchens. Cottage rates $89 - $159. Weekly rates for Cottages are available.
