Our Motel Units and Cottage all features an air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, color TV, hair dryer,full bath and phone (free local calls). All our rooms are non-smoking. We have rooms with 1 Queen, 2 Doubles or 2 Queen beds. Our Non-Smoking
1 bedroom Cottages come with fully equipped kitchens. Cottage rates $89 - $159. Weekly rates for Cottages are available.
COMPLEMENTARY COFFEE served in the mornings
Free Wireless Internet Access Available
- All rates are subject to 9% NH Room Tax
- Rates are based on single and double occupancy
- First 2 children under 12 are free
- Extra person fee is $10
- 2 or 3 night minimum in effect some weekends,
school vacations and event times.
- There are minimum stays in effect on our cottages
depending on the time of year. Please call for information.
- We accept MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, Travel Checks and Cash.
Sorry we are unable to accept personal checks at check-in.
- Reservations can be held with credit card for Motel
room. A deposit is required for Cottage reservations.
- 7 day cancellation policy. 10 day cancellation on cottages.
- Sorry NO PETS are allowed on the property
- All our rooms are non-smoking.
- There is a $200 cleaning fee for smoking in a non-smoking room.
- Check-In Time is 2pm. Please give us a call to make
arrangements if you are going to be later than 10pm.
- Check-out time is 10am.
